Dr. Goldstein has been in plastic surgery practice since 1985. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tampa, and his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. He then served a residency in general surgery and plastic surgery at prestigious Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Goldstein has been active in the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He became a fellow in the American College of Surgeons in the fall of 1988. Dr. Goldstein has written many academic articles in the field of plastic, reconstructive and hand surgery. He is an active member of numerous professional societies including the American Society of Plastic Surgery(ASPS) and the highly esteemed  American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery(ASAPS). Dr. Goldstein is presently a consultant for the Colorado Board of Medical Examiners. He is also involved in the Preceptorship Program with the Denver Public Schools, exposing young students to medicine.
