Dr.
David Lange is a caring and artistic plastic surgeon extensively trained
in both cosmetic and
reconstructive surgery. Certified by the American Board
of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Lange specializes in cosmetic
surgery of the face
and body. A graduate from New York University and from the UAG Medical
School, Dr. Lange
distinguished himself with five years of training in
general surgery at St. Barnabas Medical Center followed by a plastic
surgery
residency at St. Louis University. He then completed his cosmetic training
with renowned plastic
surgeon, Dr. Robby Meijer. His areas of expertise
include facelift, brow lift, neck lift, rejuvenation of the eyelids,
permanent lip, cheek, and chin enhancement, and facial contouring. His most
requested cosmetic procedures for
the body are liposuction, breast
augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, and abdominoplasty or "tummy
tuck". Time and attention is taken during all consultations so that
individual questions and concerns can be
appropriately addressed. Potential
results are visualized by reviewing before and after photographs and
utilizing computer imaging. Dr. Lange has served as the chairman of the
Department of Plastic Surgery at St.
Barnabas Medical Center. His
professional affiliations include the American Society of Aesthetic

of Plastic Surgeons and the American Medical Association.

Consultation: An hour is reserved for each consultation. Every
patient meets with the
physician in his office to begin the consultation. Time is initially spent
discussing
the patients interest in their procedure of choice. The next step
is the physical examination. FInally, a complete review of
the recommended
procedure(s) takes place addressing all of the patient's questions and
concerns. Computer
imaging when appropriate is done and/or a review of
before and after photographs. The patient then meets with our patient
coordinator to review fees, discuss scheduling, and the arranging of any
other necessary
appointments.
